  1. We collect only what the directory needs: account email and name, company details published by suppliers, and the name, contact and message you type into an enquiry or report form.
  2. Enquiries are stored so suppliers can answer them and so our team can monitor spam and complaints. Your contact details are shared only with the company you contacted.
  3. You can request deletion of your account and personal data from the account page or by email. Verification documents (commercial registration, licences) are stored privately and shown only to our verification team.
  4. The applicability of Saudi and Pakistani data-protection law is being confirmed with legal counsel; this page will be updated with the outcome.

Maassalama is a directory. Buyers and suppliers deal directly; we are not responsible for booking, payment or service quality.
