Terms of use

  1. Maassalama is a directory. It introduces buyers to suppliers and nothing more: no booking, no payment, no commission. Buyers and suppliers deal with each other directly and are each responsible for their agreement.
  2. We are not responsible for any booking, payment, delivery or quality of service arising from a contact made through this portal.
  3. Hajj packages may not be advertised or sold on this portal. Pilgrims book Hajj only through the official Nusuk platform. Umrah packages may be listed only by licensed operators who state their licence number and pass review.
  4. The Verified badge means our team has checked the company's commercial registration and, where required, its licence on the stated date. It is not a guarantee of service quality.
  5. Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, services, offers and requirements. Misleading or abusive content is removed and repeat offenders are suspended.
